Malton School Art exhibitions

Annual art exhibitions take place after the exam season is over, when GCSE, AS and A level students exhibit their work in the studios and the corridors around East Wing. Since 2001 their has been a presentation by Mr & Mrs Howard, in memory of their daughter Emma who died in a car crash shortly after leaving school. Emma studied art in the sixth form from 1997 - 1999. The prize is not necessarily for the "best" art, but goes to the student who makes the most progress during their two years on an A level course.
