Children in Need - November
This annual event gradually picked up momentum over the years, from a relatively low key non-uniform day, to a range of events across the school, and very busy lunchtimes of silly activities and challenges.

Comic Relief and Sports Relief - Easter
Starting as Red Nose Day back in 1988, these days progressed in popularity and scale. In 2002 it began to alternate with Sport Relief. Comic relief was stages in March each year. Sports Relief was initially held in July, but moved to March in 2008.

Sponsored Walk - September
These events took place near the beginning of each term for a number of years, raising money principally to help school projects and activities, though in later years they also split the proceeds to give to wider charities.
